The Lviv branch of the League of Students of the UBA together with the Student Council of the Faculty of Law were the organizers of the event.

The lecturer spoke about the peculiarities of the legal writing in the commercial procedure, namely, how the structure of the statement of claim looks like, what should be noted in the documents, and what should be forgotten forever in order not to make typical mistakes, about the importance of the logical sequence of documents and the necessity of applying the current legislation.

Iryna noted that it is important to be attentive, well-informed about case law in order to arrange a grammatically and content-qualitative document.
