Tetyana Buliy and Kostiantyn Montashevych, representatives of the Kyiv office of the «Matviyiv and Partners» attorneys at law, participated in the seminar on the possibilities of cooperation with UNDP in Ukraine in the field of planning, construction, repair and copyright / technical supervision, held on 7th November, 2017.
Participants learned about the following:
– implemented projects and their geography;
– portfolio of works, statistics, donors;
– preparation for the tenders, as well as sites and resources, where tenders are announced;
– varieties of tenders, the process and features of the evaluation and selection of contractors;
– verification of contractors;
– announcement of tender results, signing and contract management;
– author’s and technical supervision;
– peculiarities of cooperation within the framework of international technical assistance and appropriate taxation.
