The Team
Serhiy Matviyiv is one of the most prominent court attorneys in Ukraine. The projects supported by Serhiy, representing foreign investors, Ukrainian and international businesses, and international financial institutions, have helped attract several billion US dollars of investment to Ukraine, in particular in business development in the West of Ukraine.
For more than 20 years, Serhiy Matviyiv has been involved in the development of the legal services market in Ukraine, served as a member of the Bar Council of Lviv Region, and headed the Lviv Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Serhiy is a frequent speaker at public professional discussions and the author of publications in the field of law. Roksolana advises clients on minimizing legal risks of commercial activities and dispute resolution. Roksolana’s clientele includes the largest national and international businesses in the banking, construction and development, agricultural and energy sectors.
Roksolana Kostur is a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association. She is one of the top 20 women leaders of the Ukrainian legal market according to the “Women in Law 2023” research by the Yurydychna Gazeta.

Andriy Bahryak is a partner at Matviyiv & Partners, head of the firm’s Insolvency practice.
Andriy protects the interests of clients – creditors, debtors and individuals – at all stages of the bankruptcy procedure – from assessing the prospects of bankruptcy proceedings to representing clients in court, at creditors’ meetings, creditors’ committees, etc.
Prior to joining Matviyiv & Partners, for over 10 years Andriy Bahryak held top-level positions at regulatory state authorities, including the Department of Justice, the Executive Service, and the Department of Justice of Lviv Region. He also served as an Assistant to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
