Round Table, devoted to the novelties of the Code of Ukraine on bankruptcy procedures, was held with the support of the EU project «Pravo-Justice» on the basis of the Western Commercial Court of Appeal on June 24th, 2019.Moderator of one of the three sessions entitled “Participants in the bankruptcy procedure” was Roksolana Kostur, partner, attorney of Matviyiv & Partners, member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Rostyslav Zhuk, attorney of Matviyiv & Partners, distinguished differences between the “old” and the “new” modalities for selling the debtor’s property in the bankruptcy procedure.
