Serhiy Matviyiv, the Managing Partner of the «Matviyiv and Partners», took part in the international scientific conference «Commercial Courts of Ukraine are 25 years old: the path of the European integration» on May 20th, 2016.
The participants discussed burning issues of economic legal proceedings and the court as such. In particular, fairly topical was the report made by Serhiy Matviyiv: «Economical courts in Ukraine: the past and future through the eyes of a lawyer», in which he shared his personal observations how economic legal proceedings had been forming in Ukraine and how it had been influencing the work of lawyers.
