On July 22, 2016, a round table was held in Kovel, initiated by the Volyn Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association. The purpose of the round table was to discuss issues of enforcement proceedings and the application of procedural rules in the different trials.

The moderator of the event was Mykhaylo Mikhalevych, a lawyer of the Law Firm «Lawyers of Ukraine», a member of the UBA in the Volyn Region, which highlighted  interesting and current topic: «Failure to fulfill court rulings in property lawsuits – criminal-and-legal aspects».

The participants of the round table were lawyers, attorneys, representatives of public organizations in the Volyn Region.

Nazar Muzhyk, a lawyer of the «Matviyiv and Partners», had been invited to participate in the event  and delivered a report entitled «Reform of the system of court decisions enforcement. Private enforcers».  The informative report made by our colleague caused active discussion among those present.
