Iryna Pyatkovska about the Law of Ukraine “On Limited and Additional Liability Companies” which comes into legal force  on June 17, 2018.

“Attention please,  all the happy owners of the shares in LLC: we are on the verge of revolution! Corporate Revolution”. At least, in such way the authors of the Law of Ukraine “On Limited and Additional Liability Companies “stated in the Explanatory Note, that comes into legal force on June 17, 2018,  because: “… they analyzed the world’s experience and wrote a truly revolutionary bill”.

So what is the essence of the revolution? At least in the fact that the legislator finally abandoned the beloved by all and dramatic for those who know concept of “quorum of the general meeting of the members of the society”.
