Odessa Legal Business Forum was held in the IL Decameron Clubhouse Odessa on 1th March, 2019.

During the panel discussion «Internal “Cuisine” of the law firm», moderated by Hryhorii Tripulskyi (Managing Partner of  law firm “De-Yure”), Roksolana Kostur (Partner, attorney of  the Matviyiv & Partners) together with Artem Volkov (Head of Maritime and Transport Law Practice in ANK Law Firm, Odessa), Roman Chumak (Managing partner of law company Ares, Kharkiv), Mykola Melnikov (partner of Interlegal, Odessa) and Dovidas Vitkauskas (Team Leader of EU Project «Pravo-Justice») discussed:

• features of pricing law firms (how much regional prices are different from the capital?);
• the issue of income distribution between employees of the company and partners, in particular, about partnerships in the company;
• ways of working with clients: fixed price, hourly payment or subscriber service;
• features of involvement of regional partners;
• billing.

The forum united together law firm owners, heads of law  practices, attorneys, and practicing lawyers to share their experiences in doing business and legal services.
