Serhiy Matviyiv and Roksolana Kostur, partners of the «Matviyiv and Partners», spoke at Economical Court of the Lviv Region during the round table «Topical Issues of the Draft Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine» on April 15th, 2016. The main objective of the event was to discuss the state of Economic Procedural Code and the prospects for its development.
The event was organized by the Lviv Appeal Economic Court, the Economic Court of the Lviv Region and the Lviv branch of The Ukrainian Bar Association within the framework of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the System of Economic Courts of Ukraine.
During the roundtable, the following topics were dealt with:
– The role of economic courts in the system of justice of Ukraine through the prism of their powers: a comparative legal aspect;
– The impact of the peculiarities of economic law proceedings a for the judicial reform in Ukraine;
– Comparative Analysis of Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Draft Economic Procedural Code.
