Serhiy Matviyiv and Roksolana Kostur, partners of the «Matviyiv and Partners», participated in the roundtable discussion entitled «Discussion of Key Provisions of the Draft Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On the Bar and Practice of Law» on April 14th, 2016.

The participants of the round table had the opportunity to express their views on key sections of the project, including lawyers’ professional rights and guarantees, the entry and access to the profession of a lawyer, the exclusive right to representation in courts, approaches to organizing lawyers’ self-governing as well as expected changes in the area of disciplinary responsibility of lawyers.
