Roksolana Kostur spoke at the the 6th East -Ukrainian Legal Forum which was held at the Menorah cultural and business center in Dnipro on March 15th , 2018.
In general, the Forum program consisted of four sections, one of which was «Components of Successful attorneys at law and law firms». This incredibly interesting panel discussion unfolded under the guidance of the moderator Irina Khimchak, the partner of the communication and marketing group BeCentric.
Roksolana Kostur, together with Denis Mirgorodsky, Managing Partner of the «Dynasty» law firm, Olena Parkhomenko, Director of Business Development at ILF law firm, Mykola Melnikov, Partner of «Interlegal» international law firm and Oleksandr Bondarchuk, Managing Partner of «Absolute» law agency, discussed practical cases of effective communication and structuring in the middle of attorneys at law, shared their own observations and experience on PR and promotion of the company or individual lawyer, as well as how can the “toxic” customer’s reputation affect by a personal brand?
Lawyers discussed the quality and substitution of legal staff, the organization of law firms training young staff on the basis of companies and effective leadership in general.
Roksolana Kostur noticed that there are no problems with young graduates in Lviv, although the company she represents is also practicing internships and training of students.
